Rosemary Reshetar, joined NCBE in April 2021 as the Director of Assessment and Research. She is the staff lead for the Test Development and Psychometrics implementation workgroup. Reshetar acquired a breadth of assessment program experience in her roles over the past 30 years. Previously she worked at College Board as an Executive Director managing two psychometrician teams and the quality management team for the psychometric departments. Prior to joining College Board, Reshetar served as Sr. Psychometrician and Executive Director at ETS, and as Psychometrician at the American Board of Internal Medicine. She holds an EdD in Research and Evaluation Methods from the University of Massachusetts, an MSEd in Psychological Services in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Design and Merchandising from Drexel University.
