Guam Adopts NextGen Bar Exam

Guam has announced that it will administer the NextGen bar exam beginning in July 2026, joining eleven other jurisdictions that have announced their intent to adopt the new exam. A list of participating jurisdictions, as well as other useful information about the exam, is available on the NCBE website.
