The first stage of this research, pilot testing, began in 2022 and will continue into 2023; field testing will begin following completion of the pilot testing phase. Twenty-two law schools are participating in the initial rounds of pilot testing, in which law students and recent graduates who are engaged in school-sponsored bar preparation programs answer draft questions in a two- or three-hour session, followed by a feedback session. Law schools that are interested in participating in future phases of this research should complete this online form.
