New sample questions for the NextGen bar exam are now available, including a performance task focused on family law and a new integrated question set. These new questions are available on the NextGen website alongside the sample multiple-choice questions and integrated question set published earlier this year.
NCBE and AccessLex Institute, a renowned nonprofit organization committed to improving access, affordability, and the value of legal education, have announced that they will collaborate in future study aid development for the NextGen bar exam. AccessLex will develop additional sample questions that can be used by examinees, law schools, and bar exam preparation programs in anticipation of the launch of the new exam in July 2026.
