About the NextGen Prototype Exam

The NextGen prototype exam is a research study through which NCBE will gather data to support the development of the NextGen bar exam. The prototype exam will take place in jurisdictions across the United States. Data gathered from the prototype exam will help jurisdictions set passing scores for the NextGen exam.
